Based in Montreal, Scientists for Love is an organization devoted to the scientific study and advancement of love in all its forms. Founded by Leigh Kotsilidis and Amy Chartrand in November 2013, Scientists for Love is the first ever institute of its kind. Amy and Leigh, having made millions* in the creation of microbiotic skin treatments, now turn their advanced skills in the science arts to one of life’s most dazzling mysteries: love.
Under the umbrella of SFL, Leigh and Amy create events that use scientific methodology as a conductor for social energy and human connection.
*millions of unsubstantiated claims, such as this one.
Amy is a microzeitgeistologist. Her mother wishes she had been a school teacher.
Leigh is always hunting for new species with whom to conduct her experiments. Her parents always knew this was her calling.
